If you’re between 45 and 65, successful, and still running the show through face-to-face conversations, you’ve probably felt it too, that small but unmistakable shift:
Details don’t stick the way they used to, names blur, follow-ups slip through the cracks.
You finish one meeting and immediately walk into the next, praying you’ll remember what the client said yesterday, or even 20 minutes ago.
This isn’t about competence; it’s simply a common challenge that starts showing up when your days are packed with back-to-back conversations.
And when you’re juggling deals, follow-ups, or critical details, even small lapses can slow you down, and make your work far less efficient than you should be!
The Silent Tax of In-Person Work After 50
Online workers can lean on software, recordings, and chat logs.
Whether your career depends on in-person meetings, as a consultant, advisor, real estate agent, healthcare provider, lawyer, or small business owner, you’re operating without a safety net.
You can’t ask clients to repeat themselves over and over.
You can’t pull out your phone to type notes without breaking rapport.
You can’t rely on Zoom transcripts when most of your work happens offline.
And handwritten notes?
Half of them get misplaced.
The other half barely makes sense later.
All of this happens while the stakes keep rising, and a single forgotten detail can cost you a sale, a renewal, or a client relationship you’ve spent years building.
This is exactly the problem VettaFlo set out to solve, not with another app or complicated system, but with FloNote™.
An incredible AI-powered physical note-taking device built specifically for the generation that still thrives in real, in-person interactions.
