Summary: You can now capture every jobsite conversation without missing a single detail or breaking eye contact. The FloPen records and transcribes everything while looking like an ordinary pen. No more disputes. No more forgotten measurements. Just complete documentation while staying 100% present. Keep reading to learn more!
1. You Finally Catch the Details That Everyone Else Misses
The most expensive mistakes happen when you're distracted for just a moment. Someone mentions a delivery delay while you're looking at plans. You miss it. Two weeks later, it's a $30K problem. The FloPen captures every word while you stay 100% present in the conversation. The measurements, the caveats, the verbal change orders disguised as casual comments. One Dallas superintendent said: "I thought I heard 18 inches. The recording said 80 inches. That's a $12K difference I would have missed."
2. It Ends "He Said, She Said" Disputes Before They Cost You
How many times has a sub claimed you approved something you know you didn't? With the FloPen, you have timestamped audio of every conversation. When disputes arise, you don't argue, you play back exactly what was said. One PM saved $47K in a single dispute by pulling up the recording. No more paying for work you didn't approve. No more losing because you can't prove what was discussed.
3. It Works When Your Hands Are Full (Which Is Always)
You're mid-walkthrough with plans under your arm and tablet in hand. Your MEP coordinator stops you with an urgent question. With your phone, you'd have to stop everything and fumble with the record button. The FloPen is already clipped to your pocket, one click and it's recording. Your hands stay free, the conversation flows naturally, and you look like the professional in control while capturing everything that matters.
4. The AI Finds Any Detail From Any Conversation in Seconds
Three weeks into a project, someone asks about the fire sprinkler spacing discussed in week one. It's somewhere in your notes... probably. The FloPen's AI transcription makes your entire project history searchable. Type "fire sprinkler spacing" and instantly find that conversation. One Austin PM found a month-old discussion that saved $23K in window reorders. "The search took 10 seconds." Every commitment, every spec, every "we'll handle that" becomes findable instantly.
5. You Command the Room While Everyone Else Looks Distracted
Walk into any owner meeting and watch: One PM is frantically typing, missing eye contact. Another has their phone out recording, making everyone self-conscious. Then there's you, pen in hand, fully present, leading the conversation with authority. The FloPen captures every word, every number, every commitment while you look like the person in control. Because you are. A Phoenix senior PM told us: "My clients comment on how present I am now. Meanwhile, I have better documentation than ever."

Why Everything Else Will Fail You
Option 1
Take notes by hand
Look disengaged, miss crucial non-verbal cues, can't keep up with complex strategic discussions or key details
Option 2
Use your Apple Notes
Unprofessional appearance, looks like you're texting
Option 3
Rely on memory
The Russian roulette approach that's already cost you credibility with people who matter
That next project you're bidding on? Remember, owners don't forget the PMs who "weren't prepared" or "missed critical details."
Meanwhile, other construction professionals are leveraging AI tools while you're stuck scrambling through handwritten notes. They're capturing every detail, settling disputes instantly, and making you look outdated.
